Why the size matters

Small enough that your account has a name attached to it.

A ten-person firm cannot represent a hundred brands, and does not try to. It means the person who evaluated your product is the person in the buyer meeting, and the person who ran your compliance work is reachable when a shipment has a problem.

It also means we decline brands we cannot move. That is a constraint of the model rather than a marketing position.
